Emergency Readiness
The school community engages in 12 drills per year: 4 lockdown drills and 8 evacuation drills
There are different protocols that DOE schools use for different situations:
Shelter In, Hold in Place, Soft Lockdown, Hard Lockdown, and Evacuation Drill.
